Before you write
If you share three things in your first message we can move much faster: a photograph of your hair as it is today taken in daylight, the treatments it has already had (colour, lightener, keratin, extensions) and the result you are aiming for. Without those three, any estimate we give will be incomplete.
The most practical way to explain what you want is to send a reference image. We will tell you plainly what stages that same image would take on your hair, how many sessions it might need and what the upkeep would involve.
Appointments and timing
Colouring and extension work take a long time. We work by appointment so that the time set aside for you is enough; that way nothing is left half done and nothing is rushed. If anything changes about your appointment time, letting us know in advance means that slot can be opened up for another guest.
